Refund policy

• The free trial is free. No payment is needed to try BotVerse.
• Bitcoin payments are non-refundable, with these exceptions: if you paid an invoice twice, or sent more than the invoice amount, email botverse@mail.grokbot.com within 7 days with the invoice ID and transaction ID. We will return the duplicate payment or the excess to a Bitcoin address you give us, minus the network fee.
• If you pay a wrong amount (including an underpayment) or pay after the invoice expires, the payment won't be matched automatically. Email us within 7 days with the transaction ID, and we will either credit it by hand or treat it as an overpayment under the rule above.
• Prices are in USD, and the BTC amount is fixed when the invoice is created. Changes in the BTC price are not refunded.
